Sleep and feeding habits change constantly.

I help parents navigate the uncertainty, setting realistic expectations and creating personalized plans that lead to dramatic transformations and solid foundations. If your newborn, infant, or toddler is struggling with falling asleep, or staying asleep at night, I’m here to help. As a former NICU nurse, nothing brings me more joy and fulfillment than helping families get their child back to a healthy, happy and sustainable place.

What People Are Saying

"Ashley developed a plan for us to help with early morning wake ups with our 2 year old. While the plan seemed "too easy" to work... I'm here to say it worked like a charm!! My husband and I were speechless…SO worth it! You and your little one will be getting more sleep in no time!”

— Heather

“Ashley was very helpful and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and didn’t judge me for the bad habits we had gotten used to. Her advice was super helpful. My 4 year old daughter went from sleeping in my bed every night to falling asleep in her own bed every night since the one hour call! It was so nice to hear all of her good tips and it has definitely helped!”

-Corinne

“Before we worked with Ashley, our 8 month old son had only slept through the night twice. That all changed after just one hour with Ashley. She listened carefully as we explained our son’s current sleep patterns and the approaches we had unsuccessfully tried to get him to sleep through the night. Ashley recommended a strategy for us based on our baby’s specific sleeping and feeding patterns, and that worked well for our life style. Ashley’s recommendation worked - our son began sleeping through the night in less than a week.“

- Lauren

“Ashley was there for every crazy question I had. She is extremely knowledgeable, a calming force, and will take the time to walk you through different scenarios and solutions to ease your mind and help make the first week full of love and less stressful. I can’t imagine doing the first week without her. Every new mom needs an Ashley to text that first week. Access to Ashley’s knowledge and demeanor is priceless.”
